The 12-step process is the building block for every plan

1. Your journey. All about you

In  the first module, we focus and reflect on your life path – your journey to where you are today. Only you know your journey in detail. We visit key events and uncover the true layers of your personality.

At the end of the section, we’ll have created a unique list of strengths, skills and characteristics, giving us a firm foundation to build upon.

2. Change your mind

In this section we explore the power of the mind; how it can be the key to success or failure. We try relaxation techniques that allow us to calm the mind and take control of the inner voice, making space for the discoveries and insights to follow.

We work on building positivity into our daily lives and try a range of techniques we can use any time our stress levels begin to rise.

3. The fork in the path

Now that we have an understanding of how we can maintain our inner peace and equilibrium. We hone in on, and begin to address, events that have separated us from our soul path. We explore the concept that a personal hardship can lead to positive change – a process we call Post-Trauma Transformation.

We directly address any setbacks that are restricting your growth, learning and using a range of coping strategies.

4. The four energies

The balance of our four energy centres is vital for us to flourish in life, in this section, we explore ways we can nourish and refresh each of these. Additionally, the exercises and techniques used throughout the Emerge plus process are all designed to work on each energy centre.

We take a deeper look at stress and we learn techniques for setting personal boundaries in order to maintain our four energy centre levels.

5. The authentic you

Are you living your most aligned and authentic life? Do you compromise on key beliefs and values? In this section we focus on what your true beliefs are and how you can infuse them into your life.

In this enlightening section, we focus on finding your passion, understanding your true needs and your reasons for doing what you do.

We create a list of your values and beliefs that are important for your spiritual growth.

6. Find meaning & purpose

How would you define happiness? For many of us this is a life-long question. In this section we unearth what would make your life become vibrant and full of meaning.

We explore how we can accept imperfections and use techniques for developing self-compassion, self-confidence and self-esteem.

7. Brighter horizons

What does the successful, happier future look and feel like to you? In this section of the process we create the vision of our new, authentic, purposeful lives, free from the problems that have hindered us in the past.

We set goals and begin to bring the vision to life through a range of powerful techniques.

8. Making the changes

At this stage in the process, you should know what you want and you’re beginning to bring that vision to life but some things no longer serve you. In this section we make some decisions on what has to change and begin to make the transition.

We explore techniques to help us make concise decisions as we map out our spiritual journey, identifying any potential hindrances along the way.

9. What's stopping you?

Problems and obstacles will always rear their heads to try to slow your progress. In this section, we learn how to overcome difficulties and deal with any fear that might hold us back.

You’ll learn problem solving techniques as well as a toolbox of techniques that you can apply for a range of issues and scenarios that might hinder you as we progress on our journey.

10. Prepping for the journey

Before we begin to implement much of what we’ve discovered, we make sure we have our survival kit ready and that our timelines and mind set are optimal. Just like planning for an expedition.

We plan the route to our destination – a clear pathway and strategy for success with an ultimate goal that’s broken down to smaller wins.

11. Meaningful connections

Who‘s on your team? How will you communicate your vision? Who do you need onboard for the optimal success?

In this penultimate section we take a look at your support network, look for any gaps and create a strategy to fill them. We also create a personal communication strategy.

12. Living in flow: the real you

We’re all set. However, lastly, we make sure we are able to stay in flow, sustain our happiness and continue to enrich our soul’s path.

We reaffirm our self-love, learn skills to maintain our happiness quotient and set intentions of giving and receiving love by separating the ego from the self.

Phil Rogerson

Phil has worked with some of the world’s iconic brands helping to shape their future. He has a passion for business analysis and the creation and implementation of dynamic cultural initiatives.

His research revolves around the power of the subconscious mind and the development of neuroscience, he is a fully qualified clinical hypno-psychotherapist, and has studied many forms of self-development and therapeutic interventions, most of which he’s included in Emerge plus, which is a combination of his expertise and experience in business and personal development.

Phil’s ‘got the T-shirt’ in terms of living through trauma and setbacks in life. Having encountered sorrow, grief, and loss he now has a desire to help others through their particular hurdles in life.
